Design & Sales Manager (Nashville)


12th Table is looking for a Design & Sales Manager (Nashville) to be responsible for cultivating and refining the client experience and public perception of 12th Table. A hybrid job with a touch of client service and admin chops, you’ll be integral at a foundational level in growing the 12th Table brand and establishing a happy and loyal clientele.

About the Job:

>> Creatively, strategically, and aggressively approach B2B business development — cultivating intentional and fruitful partnerships with planners, venues, and corporate clientele in the Nashville market

>> Take a personalized approach to client and partnership development, ensuring individuals and brands feel valued and known

>> Work directly with the sales team, performing tasks including but not limited to the following:

  • Cultivating and maintaining client accounts

  • Creating and sending prompt proposals

  • Leading client meetings

  • Executing rental contracts

  • Securing deposit and balance payments in a timely manner

  • Creating event “pull tickets” and ensuring warehouse personnel are equipped with all information needed for accurate and smooth delivery (delivery/pick-up times, venue information, event contact and phone, layout)

>> Stay well informed of the industry. Perform detailed competitive analysis of the event marketplace, and continually dialogue with clients to learn what’s working/what’s not. Use this data to determine how we stand in the industries and how we clearly set our brands apart

>> Always be focused on betterment. Consider creative, industry-changing ways 12th Table can optimize each client’s experience.

>> Measure client satisfaction and utilize feedback to propose strategic improvements to 12th Table’s process and brand
