What areas of the country do you serve? 

We love working locally, but we do enjoy a good trip. We commonly serve areas throughout the Southeast (think: Atlanta, Birmingham, Charleston), as well as destinations throughout the greater  United States. Please see information on rental minimums and destination delivery fees to see if we would be a good fit for your project. 

How do I reserve items? 

It's simple. First, connect with our team to so we can get you a customized proposal. Once you've decided on the pieces you really want, a 50% deposit and signed contract are required in order to reserve your pieces. 

I need to rent some items for a few days. Is that possible? 

Of course. Every project is different, and we're happy to accommodate longer term rentals. Get in touch and we'll provide a custom proposal to account for the extended time period. 

Can I pick up my order?

We like to take excellent care of our pieces, and part of that is our delivery process — ensuring that our items are always in experienced hands and transported with care. Given that, we do require our team to deliver and pick-up all rentals. 

I'm looking for something special. Can you help? 

We're always on the lookout to add beautiful items to our collection. If you're looking for something and can't find it, don't hesitate to ask. We'd love to source a special piece for you or come up with a custom solution for your project. 

What happens if an item is damaged at my event? 

Things happen; we get it. On all orders, we charge a 10% damage waiver that covers normal wear and tear, as well basic services such as upholstery cleaning, etc. On the off chance that there's excessive damage or if items aren't returned, we do ask you to cover the replacement cost of the piece. All in all, pretty basic and reasonable.
