12th Table is looking for a Retail Manager to spearhead the development, launch, and operations of a new curated retail endeavor in the hospitality and interiors space. The ideal applicant will be wildly creative, passionate about serving others and producing an innovative shopping experience. We’re looking for someone who has a strong visual eye and crazy good operational skills.
About the Job:
>> Build and lead a profitable and customer-centric retail experience — daily owning and managing all aspects of retail operations, both in person and online
>> Serve as a visionary — assist with product selection and oversee the execution of all presentation inclusive of merchandising, floor planning and display
>> Focus on awareness and community engagement, discovering and implementing ways to effectively promote this new endeavor
>> Kill the customer service game and be prepared to build a team to execute. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and be capable of giving expert advice
>> Redefine the retail experience — discover innovative ways to reinvent the customer experience and provide true and needed value
>> Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting company values and aesthetics
