12th Table is looking for a Sales Assistant to be responsible for cultivating and refining the client experience and public perception of 12th Table. A hybrid job with a touch of client service and admin chops, you’ll be integral at a foundational level in growing the 12th Table brand and establishing a happy and loyal clientele.
About the Job:
>> Work directly Director of Clientele, performing support tasks including but not limited to the following:
Creating and sending prompt proposals
Holding in-studio meetings, as applicable
Executing rental contracts
Securing deposit and balance payments in a timely manner
Creating event “pull tickets” and ensure warehouse personnel are equipped with all information needed for accurate and smooth delivery (delivery/pick-up times, venue information, event contact and phone, layout)
>> Perform market research to identify opportunities for growth
