12th Table is looking for a Studio Assistant to be responsible for cultivating and refining the client experience and public perception of 12th Table. A hybrid job with a touch of client service and admin chops, you’ll be integral at a foundational level in growing the 12th Table brand and establishing a happy and loyal clientele.
About the Job:
>> Serve as the “anchor” — the first point of contact for new 12th Table clients, whether that be by phone, email, or in-person meetings. Your job is to get the client where they want to go quickly and companionably. It would be hard for us to overstate the importance of having someone friendly and knowledgeable greeting customers when they “walk through the door.” Beginnings and endings are crucial moments in the customer journey because of how they lodge themselves in a client’s memory.
>> Oversee the presentation and experience of the studio. At all times, we want our space to accurately represent the demeanor of our brand — well-appointed, approachable, thoughtful. Your job is to take ownership of this space and see that these tenets are implemented with care, including items like well-stocked basic supplies, healthy watered plants, and more customizable touch points, such as cucumber water and candles, that can enhance a client’s sensory experience and continue to distinguish the 12th Table brand. Attention to detail is the backbone of the experience.
>> Manage 12th Table’s “gifting” experience for clients.
>> Work directly with clients, performing tasks including but not limited to the following:
Create and send prompt proposals
Hold in-studio meetings, as applicable
Execute rental contracts
Secure deposit and balance payments in a timely manner
Create event “pull tickets” and ensure warehouse personnel are equipped with all information needed for accurate and smooth delivery (delivery/pick-up times, venue information, event contact and phone, layout)
>> Oversee updates to the 12th Table website, as well as client-facing inventory catalog.
>> Always be focused on betterment. Consider creative, industry-changing ways 12th Table can optimize each client’s experience.
>> Measure client satisfaction and utilize feedback to propose strategic improvements to 12th Table’s process and brand.
